Hostile Architecture, Anti-Homeless Architecture, or Defensive Architecture are various names for one specific type of design: design that stops people from doing certain activities.

Designed by REMM Studio, this building’s architectural design is inspired by traditional Iranian architectural forms such as arches. The concept design process began with the simplification of the previously mentioned forms; the shape of the arches was changed into three dimensions, and a new module was obtained.

New York’s largest fossil-fuel plant, Ravenswood Generating Station, will be replaced by offshore wind power. This manufacturing facility currently powers 20 percent of New York City by burning fossil fuels. This power plant offers an energy capacity of 2,480 megawatts .

Dubai intends to construct the world’s first 3D-printed mosque, which is expected to be completed by early 2025. Plans for the 2,000-square-metre mosque were released by Dubai’s Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) on its website.

The Acoustic Diffuser Panel System project, developed in collaboration with research and development partners Rocket Science AG, Strauss Elektroakustik GmbH, and fabrication partner Aectual, focused on designing acoustically performative wall panels with spatial and sound-aesthetic properties while considering the fabrication process.
